Using Checklists in the New RedTeam Flex Mobile App

Fill out custom checklists on the jobsite and share results with your team using the new RedTeam Flex mobile app

The new RedTeam Flex mobile app includes the same powerful Checklist functionality available in the previous app, allowing employees to complete custom forms directly from the field. From the Projects menu, users can tap the Checklists tile to open a list of existing checklists for the project.

From there, checklists can be viewed, filtered, edited, or new checklists can be created using the blue plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.

Administrators can create fully customized checklist templates within the web version of RedTeam Flex, making the mobile app a flexible tool for safety inspections, quality checks, punch items, warranty reviews, and more.

By using the filter icon in the top-right corner, users can filter records by type, name, scope, or phase.

In the list view, each checklist displays its type, current status (Draft or Committed), and the number of days since it was last updated. Draft checklists can be reopened at any time so employees can continue where they left off, while committed checklists can be viewed only. While users can create and update checklist drafts from the mobile app, final checklist commitment must still be completed through the web version by a supervisor or authorized user.

When creating a new checklist, users simply click the New Icon (+) and select one of the available templates configured for their company.

From there, they can complete project details such as scope, phase, date, and description before filling out the checklist itself. Custom checklists may include multiple sections, detailed instructions, and flexible formatting to guide users through inspections or documentation requirements. Once all necessary information has been entered, users can click to save the checklist at the bottom of the screen and return to it later if needed. All checklist activity syncs between the mobile and web versions, ensuring project teams always have access to the latest information.
