The RedTeam Flex mobile app makes it easy to quickly access and contact project team members directly from the field. To view your project contacts, select the appropriate project from the dropdown at the top of the Projects menu and tap the Team tile in the Project Resources section. This opens a searchable directory of all team members associated with the selected project.
Within the Team screen, users can scroll through the contact list or use the search bar to quickly find individuals by name. Tapping on a team member opens their profile, where you can view available contact information including company, phone number, email address, and website. Any information displayed in blue acts as a clickable link, allowing users to immediately open a company website, send an email, or place a phone call directly from the mobile device.
The app also includes a Share Contact feature located in the top-right corner of the contact profile. This allows users to quickly share a team member’s contact information using the device’s native sharing options. Team member visibility is managed through the web version of RedTeam Flex, where project administrators can add or hide contacts as needed. Together, these tools provide quick access to key project communication resources without needing to leave the mobile app.
