The new RedTeam Flex mobile app delivers the same powerful jobsite management tools you’re familiar with, now with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. To get started, open the app and click “Log In with RedTeam.” This will launch the standard Unified Login screen, where you’ll enter your email address and password. Once signed in, you’ll be taken to your project list, where you can search for projects, manage favorites, and select the project you’d like to work on.
After choosing a project, you’ll arrive at the main Projects menu, which serves as the central hub for all project-related tools. Along the bottom of the app, you’ll find three primary navigation tabs: Projects, Time, and Expenses.
Within the Projects tab, users can access a wide range of field and project management features. The Daily Report section allows teams to create and update progress reports throughout the day, including observations, weather, labor, and equipment entries. Action Items provide visibility into open and completed tasks, while Plans & Specifications gives users access to project drawings and spec documents with offline viewing capabilities. The Team directory allows users to quickly find project contacts and communicate directly from the app.
Additional project tools include access to the project Schedule, where users can view the latest Gantt schedule updates directly within the app, along with Submittals and RFIs, which allow teams to review statuses, search records, and access supporting documents. Users can also manage Checklists for inspections or custom workflows, and track Punch Lists and other Requests for Correction such as safety, warranty, or quality items. The Project Info section provides a mobile-friendly view of the project profile page, including location details, weather, and key project contacts. At the bottom of the Projects tab, the Offline Ready toggle allows users to continue accessing project data and working even when internet service is unavailable.
In the top-right corner of the app, the menu icon allows users to switch between linked RedTeam Flex databases, access live support through Chat with RedTeam, or log out.
The Time tab allows employees to enter and submit timesheet hours for approval, while the Expenses tab provides quick access to employee expense records and allows users to create new expenses directly from the app.
Together, these features provide a streamlined mobile experience for managing both field and administrative project tasks from anywhere.
