The RedTeam Flex mobile app provides a streamlined way to access project submittals and supporting documentation directly from the jobsite. To get started, select your project from the Projects menu and tap the Submittals tile in the Project Resources section. This will launch the submittals log, where users can review a comprehensive list of items, their current status, and a tracking indicator showing the days since the last update.
Within the log, users can navigate through records, utilize the search icon to find submittals by name, or tap the filter icon in the top-right corner to refine results. Filtering options allow teams to sort by status, submittal type, spec section, and submitter, ensuring the most relevant information is always easy to locate while in the field.
Tapping a specific submittal opens its associated files, including merged PDFs generated during the approval workflow. Users can review these documents directly in the app, using integrated tools to search text, access bookmarks and annotations, or view the change history. The share icon also allows for quick distribution of documents as PDFs or images. For projects with limited connectivity, the ellipses menu provides the ability to download files, ensuring that critical submittal data remains Offline Ready whenever internet service is unavailable.
