The RedTeam Flex mobile app makes it easy to access and work with the latest project drawings directly from the field. To view plans, select your project from the dropdown at the top of the Projects Menu and tap the Plans tile. Plans can be grouped by discipline or viewed together in a complete list sorted by sheet number. Users will also see a Recently Viewed section, making it quick to reopen frequently accessed drawings.
Plans can be viewed in either a thumbnail grid or list view, both of which display important information including the sheet name, number, discipline, and the number of days since the drawing was uploaded. The app also includes a built-in search feature that allows users to locate plans by sheet name or number. For job sites with limited connectivity, plans can be downloaded using the Make Available Offline button, allowing users to continue accessing drawings even without internet service. The ellipses menu also allows users to bulk download all remaining plans for offline use or clear cached plans from the device when needed.
Opening a plan provides a full-screen preview with zoom and navigation controls along with powerful markup tools. Users can add drawings, highlights, text, and images directly onto plans using either the device camera or photo library. Additional tools allow users to search the document, review bookmarks and annotations, and view multi-page sheets. Plans can also be shared as PDFs or image files directly from the app. These tools provide field teams with fast, flexible access to current drawings and the ability to collaborate visually from anywhere on the project site.
