Describes creating a Time Card entry in the mobile app.

The Time Cards feature of the mobile app allows the user to clock in, create a daily time card for all employees, and view Pending and Approved Time Cards. Click the Time Cards tab from the main menu.

Clicking the Clock In feature will open a card.

Create a new timecard if none exist.

Start by selecting Employee.

Click the pencil icon to continue editing the timecard.

Choose the cost code to charge for labor costs.

Click the clock icon to enter hours and the note icon to add a comment.

Click Done to complete the timecard.

Save or Cancel this timecard entry.

View Pending and Approved entries in weekly periods.

The down arrow and pencil icons open selections to edit info.

Time Cards can be viewed after they are approved by a Project Manager.

To set the automated features of clocking in and out, follow the instructions to allow the app access to your phone's information.

Customize the Locations and Reminders or stop tracking your location temporarily.
