Plans can be viewed and edited in the mobile app. This article discusses editing plans, viewing plans is described in a separate article. Open Planroom and select the project.

Select the set of plans to edit.(Plans are only available if checked Public in the desktop site.)

Plans can be viewed(the eye icon) or edited(the pencil icon).

Clicking the edit icon opens a selection of tools. These icons are the same as the view options with the addition of the drawing(the marker icon) and Save tools.

Clicking the drawing icon opens the mark-up options.

The first icon is the text select. Clicking the icon activates the highlight selection(A in the solid square). Press and hold the icon for other options. The options are: highlight(A in solid square), squiggle underline(A underlined wavy), strikethrough(A lined through), and underline(A line under).

Select the tool and draw a box around the text.

Text in the box will be altered as selected.

The color selection tool(circle in the center) can be used for some of the features in Planroom. To change the color click the circle to open the selection. Make the color selection before editing or click on your selection after to change. The Opacity can be changed to allow background items to show through.

The next tool is the insert selection. Press and hold the icon to open the options.

First is the comment. Select the comment insert(note icon) and click on the location of the plans to add the comment. The comment box will open to allow changes in the style and color of the comment. Text is added below and the ellipse icon allows the comment to be shared.

Next is the text box(T in box). Click on the location to add and your phone's keyboard will pop up to add text. The text box can be edited after it is applied by clicking the color tool(circle in the center) to open the options.

The text box with line(text box with line and point icon) is similar but allows options for the line end.

Click the image insert(picture icon) to add saved images from your phone's files. Click the location on the plans and the file options will open.

The stamp insert(stamp icon) has a selection of stamp styles.

Scroll down to the Custom box to add a unique stamp.

This opens a comment and color selection with your phone's keyboard. Drop the keyboard to chose to add or remove the Date and Time. Click the circled check to save.

The photo insert(camera icon) will open your camera to take a photo and add to the plans.

Finally, the voice insert(speaker icon) allows a message to be recorded and played back. Click the red circle to begin recording and the blue square to stop. The message will playback immediately after being stopped and can be removed and rerecorded.

The drawing tools are common to many applications.

And, remember to scroll left and right to access all of the drawing options.

The last tools are the undo/redo(curved arrows), leave( X ), Save, and move menu(8 dots). Press and hold the undo to access the redo.

Press and hold the move menu(8 dots) to move the menu to the left, right, or top of the screen. Move the menu while holding and the menu will drop to the selected location when released.
