Select Punchlist from the Main Menu or from the side menu and select the project.

Add new item by clicking the blue circled plus sign at the bottom.

Complete the form.

Clicking the Subcontractor box opens a drop down. Only subs with signed subcontracts will appear. Click the subcontractor to add.

Locations can be created and stored for use. Previously added Locations will appear in the list. Click the plus sign to add a new location.

The location can be any alphanumeric description. ie: RM 102, West Wall Section A-9.

Add a description of the punchlist item.

Photos can be added from the phone's camera or file manager.

The item can be saved or cancelled. Saved items will appear in the list and can be sorted by assignment or location. Items can be edited by clicking the pencil icon. And, a message can be sent to the subcontractor assigned to the item by clicking the envelope icon. Continue adding items by clicking the plus sign.

To close(clipboard w/ check), add a photo(camera icon), or delete(trashcan icon) the item click the left side of the item box over the subcontractor name pictured above. This opens the screen pictured below. Items are sorted by Open or Closed.
