The RedTeam Flex mobile app allows users to quickly access the latest published project schedule directly from the field. To view a project schedule, open the desired project from the Projects menu and tap the Schedule tile located in the Project Resources section. From there, users can see key schedule details including the publish date, schedule name, author, and the project’s current anticipated completion date.
Selecting the View icon opens the full Gantt schedule directly within the mobile app—without needing to switch to a web browser. On mobile devices, the schedule automatically rotates into landscape view to provide more space for reviewing tasks and timelines. Users can scroll through activities, zoom in or out on the timeline using the controls at the top of the screen, and navigate through the schedule using directional arrows.
The task list appears along the left side of the schedule view, where phases and folders can be expanded or collapsed as needed. Users can also drag the divider between the task list and schedule bars to adjust how much detail is visible on either side. Once finished reviewing the schedule, users can simply use the back arrows to return to the schedule overview or the main Projects menu. This mobile experience provides quick access to the latest scheduling information anytime, anywhere.
