Updated over a year ago

Performance Management refers to the ongoing process of tracking and managing performance while a job is in progress. RedTeam offers a variety of tools for you to use to stay organized and on schedule during this time. The Milestones section allows you to create and track specific tasks essential to the compliance of the the contract. Progress Reports are created and saved daily to get an accurate report of the day's activities on a job site, and any issues that may have arisen. Deliverables are formally managed during this time as well.

Keep in mind that many processes (Transactions) in RedTeam exist within one or more larger Procedures. You may want to view these Procedures for more context on a subject. Be sure to use the RedTeam article to search for any other questions or issues you may have.
