Updated over a week ago

How new projects move to QuickBooks:

Projects move to QuickBooks when the project moves in RedTeam Go from the Pending Status to In Progress. There are two different ways to set a project from Pending to In Progress.

Project List View: Click the ellipse icon to the right of the project name > Click Set to In Progress

Or move project to In Progress from the Project Dashboard:
Click current Status of Pending in the upper right box > Set to In Progress

When the project moves to In Progress this will trigger the pojrct to move to QuickBooks and set up the project as a Sub-Customer of the Customer.

Here is a view from QuickBooks Desktop:

Customer > Customer Center > Scroll down to Owner Company Name > Indented Sub-Customer is the project. (Ex. Owner LLC is the Customer/Owner and Bridges Naples Project is the project name from RedTeam Go)

Here is a view from QuickBooks Online:
From the left-side menu click Customers & Leads > Customers > Scroll down to Owner Company Name > Indented Sub-Customer is the project. (Ex: Owner LLC is the Customer/Owner and 1200 Atlas 1 is the project name from RedTeam Go)
