This article will explain how Owner Change Orders update the Owner Estimate in QuickBooks.

When Estimates move into QuickBooks once projects move from Pending to In Progress status in RedTeam Go, if you have chosen to use the Owner Budget (which is the Bidding Worksheet values from RedTeam Go), the Owner Change Orders will be added to the Estimate in QuickBooks.

Below is the estimate from QuickBooks Online.

As a reminder on how to access the estimate > from the left-side menu > click Customer & Leads > Customer > type project name in search box > Click on Project name

Once project is on-screen click Transaction Lists > click the Type drop down arrow > Estimates

Click Edit to open the Estimate, which show all the cost code items from the RedTeam Go Bidding Estimate Worksheet, along with the total project cost. Here is the view from QuickBooks Online's Estimate showing the Change Orders as new line items at the bottom of the original estimate.

As a reminder on how to access the Estimate. Click Customers > Select the project > double click on the Estimate to open.

You will see the Change Orders at the bottom of the estimate when you scroll down, and notice the total contract value has been updated.
