RedTeam Flex Mobile app allows users to review information related to the Projects even if they are not connected to the Internet.
To use this feature each project needs to be activated to be used Offline, by turning on the Offline Settings preference on the top of the Projects Home Menu.

When Working offline you can view information on the Project Profile as well as the contact details for your Team Members, here are some tips on what you'd be seeing while you are offline.
Favorite Photos
If the Project has photos saved as Favorites, you'll be able to see them even if you are not connected to an Internet network.
Steps: (while Offline)
Open your project
Click on Project Profile
The first section of the screen shows the images, swipe right and left to navigate, click on an image to view it full-size.
Note: To save pictures as favorites go to RedTeam web > Select a project > Manage Photos
Weather
When working offline you won't be able to see the current weather conditions for your Project worksite since we pull live data from the internet. However, if you have already entered weather information for the current day, you will see that even if you are offline.
No weather entered for today:
If any Weather data was entered today you will see that displayed.
Location
The map view will be disabled when you are offline. It will show the Project location address at the bottom, and if you have the area map downloaded on your phone, you should be able to navigate from there.
Contact Information
Al the contact information for the Project Manager will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Project Team
The Project Team is a list of all of the contacts, whether Service Providers (your company's employees), Customers (your project's client or owner), Vendors (your subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), and Third-Parties (architects, engineers, etc.), working on the Project.
In RedTeam Flex Mobile app, you can see all the Team Members for your projects, all the Project Team Members are grouped by Type, and you can expand or collapse the sections to find what you are looking for.
While offline you'll be able to search and see all your Project contacts information, including emails, and phone numbers.
