RedTeam Flex Mobile app allows users to keep entering data into Projects even if they are not connected to the Internet. To use this feature each project needs to be activated to be used Offline, by turning on the Offline Settings preference at the bottom of the Projects Home Menu.

When this preference is active for your project, you'll be able to save data on your phone and this will be synchronized and posted in your Project once you are connected to the Internet.

You can see the list of Projects that are Offline Projects by going to the top-right menu and clicking "Offline Projects."

The list of Offline Projects will show you the Project Number, Name, and status, as well as the Last Updated date.

You will also see a progress bar next to each project when the data is still downloading and a percentage progress at the bottom.

Keep in mind that in order to have all your data available when you go offline you need to check this screen to verify that 100% of the data has been downloaded.

Clicking on the 3 dots next to each record, you can Update the information or Remove it from the Offline Projects list.
