You can create Daily Progress Reports right from your phone or other mobile device using the RedTeam Flex mobile app.
Daily Progress Reports are made up of 4 main parts: Weather, Observations, Census (Work on Site), and Photos.
Steps:
Open the RedTeam Flex App and log in (if you are not already)
Tap "Projects" in the bottom left corner.
At the top, select a Project from your Favorites list, or use the Search field to locate a Project
Tap "Today's progress"
Click Weather
Use the Weather Widget information as a reference, you can always modify the suggested weather conditions if needed
When you are finished, tap "Save"
A green check mark will be displayed when the weather has been already entered for today's date.
Note: The Mobile App uses a Widget to display the weather based on the zip code of the Work Location for the Project.
The Work Location can be updated from the Scope tab of a Project when logged in on the web (not the app)
