RedTeam Flex lets you manage your entire project closeout, including your Requests for Correction.
The mobile app provides an easily accessible means to create Request for Correction items or mark them off as they are resolved.
Request for Correction entries can be created, added to new locations, committed, marked as completed, or revised, all within the app.
User permissions control these interactions, so please consult a system administrator if you are unable to perform some of these tasks.
Create a Request for Correction
You can create a new Request for Correction Item for any active project directly from the the mobile app. Creating a Request for Correction entry from the app requires adding a picture. From the main screen, you can select a picture from your gallery or take a picture. Once you have one or more pictures selected, you choose to apply it to a Request for Correction.
At that point, you must select your project. It is important to note when selecting projects in the app that the only listed projects will be previously marked as favorites on RedTeam desktop. If the project in question is not one of your favorites, you must first click the Projects button on the bottom left and use the search bar to find it.
Once you have the Request for Correction open with the correct project, you can enter the details and save it. The item will be created in draft status.
