In RedTeam Flex, phases of a job are classified within each Status.

This main Status is: Draft, Request, Proposal, In Progress, and Closed.

RedTeam Flex defines Project Statuses, but your company can create its own set of Sub-statuses to display for Projects using the "Sub-Status" feature. Simply access the Configuration Menu to create them.

Sub-Statuses can be updated for both the Original Scope as well as Change Scopes for each Project.

To assign a Sub-Status to your project, you can access the Workflow screen from 2 different places, by clicking the workflow bar on the top section of your screen, or from the Project Setup form.

You will be directed to a page where you can promote or demote your project and assign a sub-status.
