In RedTeam Flex, phases of a job are classified within each Status.
These main Statuses are: Draft, Request, Proposal, In Progress, and Closed.

RedTeam Flex defines Project Statuses, but your company can create its own set of Sub-statuses to display for Projects using the Sub-Status feature. You can access the Configuration Menu to create them.
Sub-Statuses can be updated for both the Original Scope and Change Scopes for each Project.
To assign a Sub-Status to your project, you can access the Workflow screen from two different places: by clicking the workflow bar on the top section of your screen, or from the Project Setup form.
Steps:
From the Projects Menu, choose the project which Sub-Status you would like to update.
Go to the Workflow Bar, and click on the current Status which is highlighted in red.
You will be directed to a page where you can promote or demote your project and change the Sub-Status.
