Throughout the course of a project, it is important to keep detailed records, including photos, on file for reference. With RedTeam, your team members can fill out and save daily Progress Reports within the application from anywhere with an internet connection. These reports include pictures, which may then be referenced from the Progress Reports themselves. They can also be all be viewed together from the Photos in the Home Menu or from the "Photos" section of the Team tab.

1. View Progress Report Photos

Daily Progress Reporting is one of RedTeam's most beneficial features, particularly because the reports can be completed from anywhere with an Internet connection and the records will never be misplaced or ruined. The Progress Report template allows users to record notes such as weather conditions and companies/workers on site, but it also includes a section to upload and save photos. From the Photos section of a Project, you can review all Photos that have been uploaded through Daily Progress Reports.

Steps:

  1. From the Project's Home menu, click "Photos".

  2. Photos are grouped by date, you can click a date to open and review all Photos.

  3. When you are finished reviewing Photos, click "Close".
