The list of Workers Compensation Codes are used when creating Employees in the system.

The list of Workers Compensation Codes in RedTeam Flex are used when creating Employees in the system. You can track the Workers Comp Code that applies to each Employee you set up for your company.

By default, RedTeam Flex includes a standard list of the Workers Comp Codes most frequently used in construction, and you have the ability to modify, add to, or remove from this list to customize the Codes that best fit for your company.

1. Add Workers' Compensation Record

Follow the below steps on how to add Workers Comp Codes.

Steps:

  1. From the Configuration menu, click "Workers' Compensation" (under the heading: Employees)

  2. Click the New (+) icon

  3. Fill out the required fields in the blank Workers' Compensation form

  4. Click "Save"


2. Edit or Delete Workers' Compensation

Once Workers' Comp Codes have been created, you can modify or remove them in the Configuration menu.

To modify the Description or Display order of the Workers' Comp Code, you can click Edit from the tools icon and make the changes.

To remove an Workers' Comp Code that has not been associated with an Employee, you can click Delete from the tools icon and it will be removed permanently.

To remove an Workers' Comp Code that has been associated with an Employee, you can click Edit from the tools icon and make it Inactive and it will no longer be available to be used when creating new Employees or updating Employees profiles in the Employees menu.

Steps:

  1. From the Configuration menu, click "Workers' Compensation" (under the heading: Employees)

  2. Locate the Workers' Compensation Code in the list

  3. Click the tools icon

  4. Click "Edit" to modify the Code or Description of the Workers' Comp Code, or to make it Inactive

  5. Click "Delete" to remove the Workers' Comp Code permanently (option grayed out if in use, inactivate instead)

  6. Click "Save"
