1. View Customers Overview Log
The Customers Overview is a master list of all Customers that have been entered into the RedTeam system. The Customers Overview log is a printable electronic copy of the master list of Customers in the system. The log itself does not give you the option to edit a specific Customer, that process must be done from the Overview tab.
Steps:
• Click "View"
• Select "View Customers List"
2. View Customer Credential Expiration
The Customer Credential Expiration log is a list of all Customer Credentials, or qualifications and certifications, and their expiration dates. If a credential on file is due to expire, it is important to update the records as soon as possible with the new credentials.
Steps:
• Click "View"
• Select "Customer Credential Expiration"
3. Download Customers List
The Customers Overview is a master list of all Customers that have been entered into the RedTeam system. You may view a printable version of this master list by clicking "View" and selecting "View Customers List" from the dropdown. From the view icon, you may also download the list as a PDF by following the instructions below.
Steps:
• Click "View"
• Select "Download as PDF"
