RedTeam Flex - Lien waivers electronic signature

In this article you'll walk through the process to send lien waivers to your vendors and have them sign electronically.

Navigate to the invoice you need to request the Lien for and click the Edit icon, the invoice needs to be in Committed status. Click the Edit icon of the selected invoice.

Navigate to the Lien Waivers step.

Make sure the Claimant has already been created on your Manage Lien Laws.

once the claimant has been already created it will be listed on this screen, and you can click Request

Select the applicable form from the dropdown list:

Fill out the corresponding fields. Remember, the fields can vary from the image displayed based on the forms you use for your Company

The signature section will be identified automatically.

Once you complete the form, click the Email button on the top right.

Your vendor will receive an email with the Lien document to be signed.

Click View Document.

They'll need to log in to TeamPlayer if they already have an account, if they are new to TeamPlayer, they can create a new account. Click here to learn how to Sign Up for TeamPlayer.

If you already have an existing account, log in using your email and password to access your TeamPlayer account.

The document to be signed will be displayed on your screen, after reading it you can click Sign Document in the top right corner.

The sender and the signor will receive an email to notify them that the document has been executed successfully.
