Updated over a year ago

When a Project Manager approves the Subcontractor’s invoice, RedTeam Go sends both the hand signed conditional and the unconditional lien release at the same time to the Subcontractor.

The Subcontractor signs and sends in the conditional lien release after their invoice is approved.

The Accountant receives the conditional lien release at (Accounting > Approve Sub Billing > Liens to approve).

When the lien is returned click Icon in the lien collumn and view the document. If correct click approve. Then the subcontractor can submit their next bill.

Upon payment, the Subcontractor can log into RedTeam Go, click on Billing, click on the name of the job and upload the Unconditional Lien Release into RedTeam Go using the paperclip icon next to the bill. If they have not printed the Unconditional lien release page of the Lien release they can print it from the lien release button.

If you are going to upload the lien for the subcontractor click on the ellipsis then attachments. Upload the lien tell the system that the item you are uploading is a lien and done.
