Tools to export data from your Projects

RedTeam Flex allows users to export their list of projects in different formats and include a vast arrange of data depending on their specific needs for the report.

For clients that need to gain deeper insights into their projects and make more informed decisions. This new report facilitates a CSV file that includes columns for project details, associated Opportunity details, contract and budget amounts and Additional customized scope details for each project.

Export Projects and Linked Opportunities:

The Export Projects and Linked Opportunities Export report. This feature is designed to provide users with comprehensive insights into their projects, including valuable information about Budget, Opportunities and additional scope details columns. [Note that custom opportunity and additional scope fields can be added via the Configuration menu. Allows users to select columns to be exported, including Opportunities fields, Budget and Additional Scope Details. Filter selection can be saved for ease of use on future reports.

This provides clients with an easy way to create comprehensive custom reports, including details that have typically been missing from standard reports or are in multiple reports.

How do you access and use the Projects and Linked Opportunities Export Report?

  1. Navigate to the Projects menu and apply the necessary filters to generate a list of projects relevant to the report. You can use all the available filter options to narrow down your list and include the projects you need to create your report.


  2. Once you've refined the list to your specifications, click on the View icon and choose "Projects and Linked Opportunities Export" to initiate the export process.

  3. Upon clicking the report option, a new browser tab will open displaying the report with all columns included by default. To customize the report, utilize the filter located in the top right corner of the page. From there, select the desired columns by checking the corresponding checkboxes. Once satisfied with your selections, click Save Selection to save your preferences.

    Once you save your chosen preferences, they will be retained for all subsequent reports, streamlining your workflow by recalling your selections each time you need to run the report again.

    The available columns encompass various project scope fields, budget and contract amounts, fields from opportunities, as well as any customized additional scope details configured for your company.


  4. After customizing the report to fit your requirements, simply click the Export button located in the top-right corner. This action will initiate the download of a CSV file to your computer, containing all the columns you have selected.

What columns do I have available to export?

Besides your basic project details such as project name, number, project manager and project status, you can include a vast list of columns in your Report.

If your Project was created from an Opportunity, you'll also have all the relevant fields from the Opportunity details.

You'll have side-by-side data from Budget, Contract, Committed, Billed and Received amounts all in one place.
If your Company's projects have additional Scope details configured, all customized fields will be available for selection.

This list includes all available default fields for your report.

You have the option to tailor Additional Scope details to align with your Project Scope, ensuring that all custom fields you generate will also be accessible for export in this report.
