The Fieldlens by RedTeam mobile app has been updated. To access all the latest enhancements and take advantage of all our features, you need to uninstall your current app on your device and install the new one.
For Apple devices:
Uninstalling the Fieldlens app:
Locate the app icon: Find the Fieldlens app you want to uninstall on your iPhone or iPad home screen.
Long press on the app icon: Press and hold your finger on the app icon until all the icons start to wiggle and an "-" appears in the top-left corner of each app icon.
Tap the "-" icon: Tap the "-" icon on the app you want to uninstall. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to delete the app.
Confirm deletion: Tap Remove App to confirm that you want to uninstall the app. The app icon will disappear from your home screen, and the app will be uninstalled from your device.
Installing the new Fieldlens app:
Click on the link below to navigate to the Apple App Store
Apple App StoreInstall the app: On the app page, tap the Get button. You may need to enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID to authenticate the download.
Wait for download: The app will begin downloading to your device. Once the download is complete, the app icon will appear on your home screen.
Open the app: Tap on the app icon to open the newly installed app. To start using it, simply log in with your Fieldlens username and password.
Important:
All your projects, posts, drawings and photos will be in the new app, no need to transfer anything on your own.
That's it! You've successfully uninstalled the old Fieldlens app from your iOS device and installed the new one.
For Android devices:
Uninstalling the Fieldlens app:
Locate the app icon: Find the Fieldlens app you want to uninstall on your Android device home screen.
Long press on the app icon: Press and hold your finger on the app icon and move it around the screen until the options Remove and Uninstall are displayed at the top of the screen.
Drag the app icon: Drag the app icon towards the Uninstall option on the top, and drop it once you reach the Uninstall icon.
Confirm deletion: Read the confirmation message to confirm that you want to uninstall the app. Click OK when you are ready. The app icon will disappear from your home screen, and the app will be uninstalled from your device.
Installing the new Fieldlens app:
Click on the link below to navigate to the Google Play Store

Install the app: On the app page, tap the Install button to start the download.
