Checklist Types
Requests for Correction in RedTeam Flex are a part of the Checklists feature, meaning that to fill out a Request for Correction from the Mobile App, you must first have access to the correct Checklist Type (Safety, Punch, Warranty, etc.) on your mobile app. From the RedTeam Flex Configuration Menu, custom Checklist Types can be added and your Service Provider Administrator can configure which Types will be available for use in the mobile app.
Please contact your Company Administrator or any of our Customer Service agents for support if you need assistance gaining access to a particular Checklist Type.
Permissions
If your administrator has verified that the correct checklist types are available on the mobile app for your company and you are still unable to enter a Request for Correction, you may be lacking the permissions to view and create Requests for Correction. You will need to ask your Company Administrator to check the Permissions for your Role to verify the correct permissions are added.
To find permissions for viewing and managing requests for correction, your Company Administrator will need to search for both "correction" related permissions, as well as "Punch" related permissions within your Role. Many of the Request for Correction permissions are controlled via the "Punch List" permissions set.
