1) Access our Help Center, Training Videos and Webinars right from your profile menu on the top right corner of your screen.

If you click Help Center, you'll be redirected to the main Help Center site for RedTeam Flex where you can look up any keyword to find help articles.

You'll be redirected to the Training videos page if you click Training Videos.

Selecting the Webinars option will direct you to our landing page, where you can watch on-demand webinars and discover scheduled upcoming events that you won't want to miss.

2) Chat with us live, using the Chat Bubble on the bottom left corner of your screen.

To connect with our Product Support Team, head to the Messages tab and click "Send us a message".
