The Equipment section of RedTeam allows you to track and manage any and all equipment that is assigned, rented, returned, etc. Keeping good internal records of your equipment will keep you organized and keep employees accountable for their equipment assignments. Part of the Equipment tracking feature in RedTeam is to determine and enter the Equipment's condition upon assignment and return of the item. 1. Add Equipment Condition
The Equipment section of RedTeam allows you to track and manage any and all equipment that is assigned, rented, returned, etc. Keeping good internal records of your equipment will keep you organized and keep employees accountable for their equipment assignments. Part of the Equipment tracking feature in RedTeam is to know the Equipment's condition upon assignment and return of the item.
When an Equipment item undergoes maintenance, you can update its condition.
Steps:
From Configuration, locate "Equipment Categories" (under the heading: Equipment).
Click the New (+) icon.
Enter a Description for the Equipment Condition and the Display Order it will appear in the list.
Click "Save".
2. Edit or Delete an Equipment Condition
Once Equipment Conditions have been created, you can modify or remove them in the Configuration menu.
To modify the Description or Display order of the Equipment Condition, you can click Edit from the tools icon and make the changes.
To remove an Equipment Condition that has not been associated with an Equipment item, you can click Delete from the tools icon and it will be removed permanently.
To remove an Equipment Condtition that has been associated with an Equipment item, you can click Edit from the tools icon and make it Inactive and it will no longer be available to be used when creating new Equipment items or updating maintenance on existing items in the Equipment menu.
Steps:
From Configuration, locate "Equipment Categories" (under the heading: Equipment) .
Locate the Equipment Condition in the list.
Click the tools icon.
Click "Edit" to modify the Description or Display Order of the Equipment Condition, or to make it Inactive.
Click "Delete" to remove the Equipment Condition permanently (option grayed out if in use, inactivate instead).
Click "Save".
