The Services section of RedTeam manages Service Assemblies, Cost Codes, and Cost Divisions. The Overview is accessed by clicking "Overview by:___" (Cost Division, Cost Code, Services). In the Services section, the sort term (Cost Division, Cost Code, Services) does not matter as the Overview is the same: a list of Cost Codes. From here, you have the options to edit Cost Codes directly, filter records, view a list of Cost Codes, show/hide inactive records, and export the list. You may also manage Cost Divisions and Assemblies by selecting from the Manage dropdown.
Edit a Cost Code from Overview
In RedTeam, Takeoff Assemblies are selected from a pre-determined list which is managed in the Services section. Assemblies may include default Assembly Items, and are grouped under Cost Codes, the general numbering system that classifies costs. Cost Codes may be edited from almost any Services section by selecting Cost Codes from the Manage dropdown. They may also be edited directly from the Overview by following the instructions below.
Steps:
1. Use Sort to select an Overview, then click "Overview by:___"
2. Locate the Cost Code in the list
3. Click the "Edit" icon
4. Edit the Cost Code
5. Click the "Save" icon
2. Filter Results
In RedTeam, there are often many active records listed for a single section. In these sections, you will find the Filter feature. The Filter allows you to refine and sort your records to more easily locate and browse. Use the different Filter options to find exactly the record(s) you need. Select "Filter & Hide" to hide records as specified in the Filter options.

3. View Cost Codes
The Services section of RedTeam lets you manage Takeoff Assemblies, which are organized by Cost Codes, and the Cost Codes grouped into Cost Divisions. In this section you may add new Assemblies and Assembly Items, edit and group Cost Codes and create new Cost Divisions. From the Overview of each of these categories (Assemblies, Cost Codes, Cost Divisions) you can filter or view the overview list of records, show inactive records, and export the full lists. To view a full list of Cost Codes that exist in RedTeam, follow the instructions below.

4. Show/Hide Inactive Cost Codes
