Your company is known in RedTeam as the Service Provider. It is important to keep details about your company up-to-date. This includes basic information like an address, phone/fax numbers, and a logo, all of which may be edited from the Configuration section. It also includes more detailed information like company contacts, trades (services you provide, listed by cost code), and credentials.
1. Edit Service Provider
Your company is known in RedTeam as the Service Provider. It is important to keep details about your company up-to-date. This includes detailed information like company contacts (employees), trades (services you provide, listed by cost code), and credentials (certifications like a Blanket Agreement, W-9, or Worker's Comp).
Steps:
From any page in RedTeam, click the company name at the top of the screen.
Click "Edit".
Edit Service Provider details under the General, Location, Contacts, Trades & Credentials headings.
Click "Save"
2. Edit Basic Service Provider Details
Your company is known in RedTeam as the Service Provider. It is important to keep details about your company up-to-date, such as an address and contact information. From the Configuration section, you can update the basic information about your company such as company name, short name, address, phone/fax number, and a logo. Steps:
From the main menu, select Configuration, then "for Controls," then locate "Service Provider".
Edit the basic fields.
Click "Save".
