Fieldlens - My Drawing files say they are Uploaded but I don't see them in the web app. Why not?

Uploaded drawings will need to be processed before they appear in the web app.

Your files may still be processed. Click View Uploads from the upper right of the Drawings page on the web app to check the status of your uploads.

If your drawings are taking an excessively long time to process, please reach out to your customer success coach using the Chat bubble on the bottom left corner.
