To create a report of your posts, you must first sign in to Unified Login. If you don't have an account yet, sign up on the Unified Login page. Once signed in, click the Open Tile for the Fieldlens Web app.
There are two ways to create a Report: one is from the Reports tab and the other is from the Post Tab
Reports Tab
To create a report via the Reports Tab, you will need to click the Report button on the top right of the screen, then click Export Report
By default, your report includes All Posts currently visible in your feed. You can select the post in the Drop-Down menu that you want to include in the report.
You can also apply filters from within the report form. Click anywhere on the side panel to access the advanced filters, or click the left sidebar to open the full filter options. The options in the Advanced Filter are below:
Post Status
Post Flag
Locations
Drawings
Assignees
Sent To
Posted By
Dates
Post Tab
To create a report via the Post Tab, you will need to click the checkbox on each post that you want to include in the report, selecting the posts will give you an option to Export and Update the Posts.
Report Details
Before creating the report, make sure to enter the Title and Recipient. The Title will be used as the default filename, while the Recipient will receive an email notification once the report has been successfully created.
Email Notification and Generated Report
You'll receive the report as a generated link, shown in the screenshot below. Click the link to access your report in PDF or CSV format. An example of the generated email is shown below.
Report Format
You can choose to export a report as either a PDF or CSV. The formatting of PDF reports is fully customizable, and there are also several preset formatting options that you can choose from.
Choosing a report layout
Every layout includes a cover page with stats, resource tracking, and general notes. Each option includes different post details:
Compact — title, categories, locations
Current Status — title, description, media, assignees, drawing pin snapshot, attachments, resources, author info, categories, locations
Drawing Status — title, description, full page drawings, media, assignees, drawing pin snapshot, attachments, resources, author info, categories, locations
Full History — title, description, media, assignees, collaborator replies, drawing pin snapshots, attachments, resources, author info, categories, locations
Custom — choose exactly what to include. Click Customize to access more layout options.
Customizing your report
To customize your PDF report, click Customize next to the Layout dropdown.
Cover options — choose what appears on the report's first page, such as resource tracking, general notes, or post stats.
General options — add full-size drawing pages.
Post options — choose which post details to include, such as location, weather, or assignees, and set the media size (tiny, small, medium, or large).
Scheduling a report
To schedule a report from the web, click Schedule, then check Schedule this report to run automatically. Choose to run it weekly, monthly, or every X weeks, on a specific day and time, and set a start and end date for the schedule.
