Creating punch list posts from the mobile app:
Hit “+” and select Punch
Navigate to select a drawing from your project or use the search option to locate the drawing.
Long-press on the drawing to pin your Punch item on the desired location.
You'll be prompted to write the issue which is the Post Title. Then you can add picture/s.
Add Assignees to your post to notify who is responsible for completing the tasks.
The date is automatically added and is defaulted to 5 business days, but you can click on it to edit and select a different date.
You can adjust the description, assignees, due dates, drawing, and categories, as well as adding more photos from your files/device library on this final confirmation screen as needed.
Click Create once you are ready to make your Post live.
Flagging a post from the web:
When creating a New Post, you can select a Safety or Deficiency flag from the Post flag drop-down.
Click Assign to add an assignee. You can also type a name or email address in the Assign field.
Recommended: Set a due date by clicking the calendar icon to the right of the assignee’s name.
