When you create new post, you can add a due date for the entire post or add individual ones for each assignee. Both you and the assignees will receive notifications for upcoming and past due posts, based on these due dates.
On mobile
After you add assignees to your post you’ll see Add due date to the right of each assignee. Tap that and choose a due date of today, tomorrow, or a week from now, or tap Custom to pick a date from a calendar view.
When adding posts from the mobile app and you select an assignee, we apply default due dates for RFIs, Submittals, Safety and, Punch items, you can always change it to your desired date, just click on the due date option and select from the list.
These are the Default due dates for Mobile:
RFI default due date: 3 business days
Submittals default due date: 5 business days
Safety default due date: 1 business day
Punch default due date: 5 business days
💡Tip:
Fieldlens consider business days: Monday to Friday.
We do not consider Holidays since they vary from country to country.
On the web
After you add assignees to your post you’ll see Set Due Date for All New Assignees at the top of the list of assignees, as well as the Set Due Date next to each assignee name. Click on either to choose a due date.
