If you need to update a file in an existing RFI, follow these simple steps below.

Select Project from Project List > RFI's > click the ellipse icon on the right-hand side of the RFI # > Edit

Once the RFI is open, scroll to the bottom of the RFI to the Attachment section. Click the trash can icon located within the thumbnail of the attachment to remove the existing file.

Then click Drag & Drop Files to upload the new attachment > Click Save

Pro Tip: Since RedTeam Go is a cloud-based solution the RFI is automatically updated with the new file and will be visible to all contacts copied on the RFI without the need to resend it.
