Learn how to submit an RFI response directly from your email notification, or by logging in through the Owner RedTeam Go site.
To answer an RFI from an Email notification, click the Click Here link from the email message.
This will bring you to the worksheet where you can enter in your Answer into the text box provided, as well as drag and drop any attachments necessary to provide information back to the General Contractor.
Once you have completed the RFI worksheet, click Send Response. An email notification will be sent back to the General Contractor with the answer to the RFI.
To answer an RFI via your Owner RedTeam Go site, login with your Username and Password. Once you are on your Main Menu dashboard, click RFI’s then click on your Project Name.
Once you select your project, RedTeam Go will open up the RFI Worksheet where you can enter in your Answer into the text box provided, as well as drag and drop any attachments necessary to provide information back to the General Contractor.
Once you have completed the RFI worksheet, click Send Response. An email notification will be sent back to the General Contractor with the answer to the RFI.
