RedTeam Flex supports automatic import of job costs that are entered directly into Sage. You can import job cost transaction types from Sage Intacct to be represented in Redteam Flex, then choose to have some or all of these Job Cost Transaction Types automatically imported. You can also set the frequency of the synchronization.
Job Cost Setup
In Sage this is known as Job Cost.
To set up automatic Job Cost import, go to the Apps menu in RedTeam Flex and open the hh2-Sage App card and update the settings under Job Cost. Any boxes unchecked for Sage Transaction Types and Cost Categories will exclude job costs of those types from the import sweeps for linked jobs.

Note: The automatic import of Job Cost from Sage will exclude any linked invoices originating in RedTeam Flex in order to ensure that Job Cost is not being double posted back into RedTeam Flex. |
