1. How do I change the location for the weather?
Whether you create Daily Progress Reports from the web or from the mobile app, when you enter the Weather for the day, you will see a widget that displays the current weather conditions based on the address and zip code entered for the Project.
This address is called the Work Location, and it can be updated from the Scope tab of a Project.
Steps:
From the Projects menu, search for and select your Project.
Navigate to the Scope tab.
Click "Edit" See Figure 1.
Click the Work Location dropdown and select a new Location from the list or "+ Add New" See Figure 2.
Once you have selected the new Work Location, click "Save".
2. How do I update the companies that can be selected in the Work on Site (Census) section?
The Work on Site or Census section of the Daily Progress Reports allows users to record and track the companies (Vendors) on the jobsite that day. When filling out this section of the Progress Report, you can select from a dropdown of companies that are part of this Project. This dropdown list pulls directly from the Project Team Members list.
To adjust which companies are displayed in the dropdown, you can add or hide Team Members on this Project.
Steps:
From the Project's Home menu, click "Team Members" See Figure 1.
Scroll to the Vendors section of the Team Members list to see the current list of companies you can add to a Progress Report.
To add a new company to the dropdown, click the New (+) icon and select Add Vendor Contact" See Figure 2.
To remove a company from the dropdown, click the checkbox next to the Team Member then click "Hide Members" See Figure 3.
