Employee rates are values for each employee that will be used to populate as time spent on a project.

Ex: Tim Jones employee rate is $25.00/hr. He has worked 40 hours on 01-110.L Supervision this week on the Bridgedale Apartment project. $1000 we be added to budget reports in the Committed Cost column as being spent to date on Supervision once the Time Cards are approved.

To enter Employee Rates, an Administrator will need to click on Accounting>Time Cards>Employee Rates.

You will see a list of your company employees. Fill in their values. This feature has a dynamic save, so the values will save automatically once you enter them.
