This article will show you how to use the submittal report builder.

The submittal report builder is a tool that lets you select which items to include in your submittal reports.

To access the report builder, click on the Settings gear in the upper right-hand corner. Then select Submittal report builder.

The report builder has five sections: Default fields, Scheduling, Sub/Vendor submissions, Arch/engineer review and Miscellaneous. Default fields will be in every submittal and the rest are optional.

To add a section to the selected fields. Drag and drop from the left to the selected fields portion of the report builder. To remove a section from the selected fields, click on the black X.

The selections in the selected field section and be moved up and down by dragging and dropping them into the order desired.

Once done, click Save.

To preview the selections click preview.

Selecting preview will open up an excel document.
