Adding cost items to a bid worksheet

You can only add a cost item in the Bid Worksheet if it's in the Bidding stage.

Bidding > Worksheet > Base Bid

While on the bid worksheet click Add/Remove Cost Items.

A new window opens with the cost codes

Note: Please don't click Remove All Items unless you want to start over. Once removed we can no longer retrieve it.

  • Click on the division bar to expand one division at a time

  • Check the hover to expand the box to expand divisions as you hover over the bar

  • Check the Expand All Divisions/ Collapse All Divisions

  • To move a cost code to the project, click on the cost code on the left to add to the right.

  • To remove a cost code from the project, click the cost code on the right to add it to the left.

  • The search box is also available to quickly find a cost code.

When finished, click Done.

You can return to this page to add and remove cost codes at any time.
