During project setup, you selected a construction type that imports a set of cost codes that make up the template for your bid worksheet. (Construction Types, which are estimate templates, are created and maintained in Administration).
The bid worksheet is then available in the Bidding status of a project where a General Contractor can define cost items, expense types, prepare nested assembly takeoffs, and add the scope of work (bid notes) for individual cost items. This is the breakdown of total project costs that can be presented to a potential owner in the Proposal Package.
