Take advantage of all of our features with a Paid License, purchase and manage your Company Licenses

All Fieldlens FREE users can upgrade to a Paid license from their Profile settings menu.

Free license users can have access to these features:

✓ Unlimited Projects
✓ Unlimited Photos & Markups
✓ RFIs & Submittals
✓ Safety & Punch Lists

If you want to take advantage of all of our features, you can buy a Paid license which comes with all the FREE features PLUS:

✓ Upload & Markup Drawings
✓ Create & Schedule Reports
✓ Advanced & Custom Filters
✓ Daily Reports

We offer different plans and pricing according to the number of licenses and billing cycles you'd like to choose.

A free user and Company Admin adding licenses for the first time

  1. Click Upgrade from the Profile menu, or click on one of the Paid features (Reports, Drawings, or Advanced Filters.

Once you click on one of those options you'll have another screen to click the Upgrade button.

2. In the next screen, enter the number of licenses you want to purchase, you can purchase monthly or annual plans.

Smart Tip!

If you work with a large number of external collaborators and want to communicate with them without limits, then our Ecosystem add-on for Fieldlens is for you.

You can include the option to add Ecosystem to your plan in the next step, read below to learn about the benefits of the Fieldlens Ecosystem add-on:

  • Unlimited external collaborators with access to all paid features at no extra cost to them.

  • Access to RedTeam Flex & Fieldlens Integration for additional construction management features**.
    **An active RedTeam Flex subscription and Ecosystem for Fieldlens are required to enable the integration.

    The Ecosystem add-on is tied to your company account. Once purchased, the add-on enables the full suite of paid features for all external collaborators invited to any of your projects.

3. Click Subscribe on the selected plan and enter your billing information on the next page. Once the payment is processed, the licenses will be added to the company account.
You can add the Ecosystem option using the checkbox provided.

4. You'll be prompted to the next screen where you can assign the licenses to the Company users.


Managing Paid Licenses for Your Company

If your company has purchased paid licenses of Fieldlens by RedTeam you can easily assign them to your company users and move them around when needed.

To begin managing company licenses, you need to be a Company Admin in Fieldlens to have access to the Company Settings menu.

Once in Company Settings, navigate to the Users menu. On the top of this page, you can view the total number of licenses your company has purchased and how many of these licenses have already been assigned.

In the list of users, you can filter by Active, Inactive and Licensed Users. Next to each user, you'll have the option to Assign or Remove licenses accordingly.

If a user is Inactive, it needs to be re-activated before you can assign them a license.

If you have used up all of the licenses your company purchased, you can upgrade and add more licenses to your account by clicking the Upgrade option on the pop-up message.
