From the web just tap the quick filter located on the left Focus filters menu while navigating on the Posts tab

To edit any draft, simply click on it and make any necessary changes. Then click on Post to add to your project feed.

From the Mobile app, locate the Drafts filter on the Focus menu while navigating to the Post Tab.

You'll see all the available posts in Draft status for your project.
