We’ve updated our login experience! With Unified Login, you can now use the same email and password to access all your RedTeam tools—making it easier to collaborate, stay organized, and manage your commitments and billing.
This guide is for TeamPlayers: subcontractors, vendors, or other external partners invited to a project who are not clients of RedTeam Flex, but need to access commitments and submit billing.

If you are new to TeamPlayer...
Set up an account upon receiving a TeamPlayer document, like a commitment or lien waiver, by following the instructions in the email.
In the TeamPlayer email, scroll to the bottom to find the "Create Account" button.
Click "Create Account" and follow the instructions to set your password and complete the account setup.
If you are already a TeamPlayer user...
Migrate your legacy account by logging in and following the prompts. This is required to keep your account active.
Go to the legacy login page for TeamPlayer: https://teamplayer.redteam.com/ to sign in.
Enter the work email address associated with your existing TeamPlayer account and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Continue.
Tip: click "Forgot password?" if you do not remember your legacy password
Confirm your email address and then click the "Send Verification Email" button.
Check your email, and follow the instructions from the verification email to choose and confirm your account's password.
Once your account is set up, your TeamPlayer emails moving forward will display the option to Log into TeamPlayer for RedTeam Flex.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
I didn’t receive the TeamPlayer invitation email. What should I do?
Your TeamPlayer invitation is part of the email you receive from RedTeam, such as a commitment (e.g. subcontract or PO) or a lien waiver. If you're expecting one of those emails with an invitation to TeamPlayer but haven’t received it:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Search your inbox for the project name or number (e.g., "3050050 - Your Construction Project").
Still don’t see it? Ask the GC or RedTeam Flex client who invited you to resend the email.
The “Create Account” link in my invitation email is broken or expired.
Invitation links do expire after a while. Reach out to the GC or RedTeam Flex client to resend the TeamPlayer document (e.g. commitment or lien waiver) to your email. Once you receive the new invitation, click “Create Account” to set up your Unified Login.
I can’t log into my new Unified Login account.
Try these steps:
Make sure you're using the correct login page:

Still not working? Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to reset it.
I didn’t get a verification email after following the steps to create or migrate my Unified Login account.
If you didn’t receive the email to verify your new account:
Go to https://id.redteam.com/
Click “Trouble signing in?”
Enter your email address, and we will resend the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder too, just in case!
Can someone else use my invitation?
No. Your invitation is tied to your email and your relationship with a specific project. Do not forward the email. If someone else needs access, the GC or RedTeam Flex client must invite them separately.
