If your RedTeam Flex database is fully setup to utilize the TeamPlayer app, you'll be able to track the status of each commitment from the Buyout tab of your projects. This Commitment can be sent via TeamPlayer. Once emailed, the vendor will be able to set up an account (or login to an existing account) in TeamPlayer to view the commitment. If your company has a subscription for upgraded TeamPlayer features, the vendor will also be able to submit billings via TeamPlayer.Sent (Invited):
This commitment has been emailed to a vendor, but they do not yet have a TeamPlayer account. Once the vendor completes the SignUp process, they will be able to view the commitment in their TeamPlayer portal. If your company has a subscription for upgraded TeamPlayer features, the vendor will also be able to submit billings via TeamPlayer.Sent:
This commitment ahs been emailed to the vendor and the vendor is already registered in TeamPlayer. The vendor should be able to see the commitment by logging into their TeamPlayer Portal. If your company has a subscription for upgraded TeamPlayer features, the vendor will also be able to submit billings via TeamPlayer.
