RedTeam Go - How do I add a new company employee to a contact?

This article will teach you how to add new company employees to a contact in your database.

From the Global Dashboard hover over Contacts.

Select either Search Contacts or Search by Trade.

Type the company name in the Search Box.

Select the Company Name.

In the company contacts table select the β€˜ + β€˜ button on the right hand side.

Add Employee window will launch.

Enter the employee information and select the Done button when finished.

Mandatory Fields: First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address

Note: If you'd like the employee to be able to Receive Bid Invitations and Sign Subcontracts, please select these options.
