The Project Menu provides badges with a quick view of all the information you need to keep your project up and running and be in the loop for any pending tasks.
Each badge for each section of the Project Menu counts the records available or pending, see the description for each badge below:
NOTE: Project Profile and Project Team do not have a badge available, as it is only general information listed for each of these sections.
Progress:
The number of Progress Reports for this Project in Draft and Committed status.
Click on Today's Progress to see more details:
Census: Number of records entered for Vendors on the Job-site.
Photos: Number of photos for Today's progress report.
Equipment Utilization: Number of equipment working on site.
Weather: It would display a green checkmark when the weather has been entered for Today's progress
Observations: Number of Observations recorded for Today's progress. Expanding the option you'll see a checkmark for each Observation type recorded.
Action Items:
The number of total Action Items the user assigned to someone else, and also the ones given to him.
Checklists:
Number of Checklists created for the Projects in Draft and Committed status.
After expanding the section, you can see the badge counter for each Checklist form available for the project.
Requests for Correction (RFC):
Number of Requests created for the Projects in Draft and Committed status.
After expanding the section, you can see the badge counter for each RFC Type available for the project.
RFIs:
The number of RFIs per type will include the RFIs according to your Project Planroom Preferences.
Submittals:
The number of Submittals will include the records according to your Project Planroom Preferences.

Last Schedule Update:
Displays the date for the last schedule published.
Plans and Specifications:
The number of records available in the Planroom for all the Authorized scopes.
