Whitelisting for RedTeam Go (Email Deliverability)

To ensure users consistently receive RedTeam Go emails by adding go.redteam.com to their safe sender/whitelist settings in their email client. The following steps resolve issues where messages are delivered to Spam/Junk, filtered, or do not appear in the inbox.

Outlook / Office 365

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Select the Settings gear icon.

  3. Click View all Outlook settings.

  4. Navigate to Mail → Junk email.

  5. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add.

  6. Enter: go.redteam.com

  7. Click Save.

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail.

  2. Click the gear icon → See all settings.

  3. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.

  4. Select Create a new filter.

  5. In the From field, enter: @go.redteam.com

  6. Click Create filter.

  7. Check Never send it to Spam.

  8. Click Create filter again.

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, MacBook)

  1. If any RedTeam Go emails appear in Junk, open the message and select Move to Inbox.

  2. Apple Mail will automatically trust future messages from that sender.

General Email Providers

  1. Add notifications@go.redteam.com to Contacts or Address Book.

  2. Locate Safe Sender, Allow List, or Whitelist settings.

  3. Add: go.redteam.com

  4. Mark any previous messages as Not Spam or Not Junk.
